Extending Access and Systems Enhancement
EASE is a humanitarian and public health organization working in post-conflict and low-resource settings to strengthen services, rebuild essential systems, and support community-led recovery through innovation.
Our Approach
We work alongside public institutions, communities, and partners to ensure vulnerable members of society can access care, protection, and justice—while strengthening the systems responsible for delivering those services in a sustainable, locally owned manner.
Our Partners
Our process is simple and thoughtful.
EASE works at the intersection of health, protection, and system recovery in post-conflict and low-resource settings. Our programs address immediate needs while strengthening institutional and community structures for sustainable recovery.
Our Programs
Survivor-Centered Services & One-Stop Center Support
We strengthen survivor-centered responses to SGBV by supporting One-Stop Centers (OSCs) and improving coordination across health, legal, psychosocial, and protection services.
Community Capacity Building & Professional Development
We invest in people and institutions as the foundation for sustainable recovery, strengthening referral pathways, professional practice, and coordinated service delivery.
Research, Learning & Systems Development
We conduct practitioner-led research to strengthen health, mental health, and protection systems, generating learning that improves real-world response.
Advocacy, Policy Engagement & Global Dialogue
We advance evidence-informed advocacy so survivor and community realities shape policy, funding, and public discourse.
